Pashley Bikes

Alright Everyone!

For this blog I am going to diverge away slightly from fashion in terms of clothes and accessories, but don't worry it's not as bad as you might think...

Today my theme is fashion...
but...
in bike form!

I am in love with Pashley bikes and if you are at this moment thinking that I may be just a little bit crazy, bear with me because I can guarantee that you will fall in love with them as I have. They are practical, utterly beautiful and are handmade in England- so for those who live in England, we are supporting English made goods!

They are very traditional bikes founded by William Pashley in 1926 and are Britain's longest established bicycle company. As well as being a fashion statement, they are the kind of bicycle which will last you forever and will be passed down through the generations. I am currently saving for the 'penny bicycle'which is around £500 but I have a long way to go yet! It is an investment, for sure, but one which you won't regret. Trust me- I have spent a long time trawling through reviews and comparing those reviews to others. During my research I have discovered the amount of love and cherishment they hold for their owners.

They consist of leather upholstery on the seat and handlebars, can come with built in baskets, have the traditional bicycle frame of times past and stunning hand crafted wheels. Unlike clothes that once owned are chucked out for the next trend a Pashley would be for forever. They can range from the lowest price of £400 to well into the thousands. They have dealers all over the world which you can see on http://www.pashley.co.uk/international-dealers.php and ebay.com or ebay.co.uk are sure to have some for sale!
If you are now curious and I might have won you over a little bit then just head over to their website www.pashley.co.uk to see for yourself or scroll down to look at the incredible specimens which are my favorite!

I hope you found this interesting and I have enlightened you about the world of bicycles in a fashion blog...

I'll see you soon, Byee!
